  • We are looking for somebody that can be the face of the restaurant and manage all things from small bookings to service standards and operate large scale functions.

    The ideal candidate would:

    - Have a passion for hospitality and all that it means

    - Have experience in a restaurant setting as well as managing large cocktail functions

    - Be able to lead by example and train/mentor a small team

    - Be able to multi task and prioritise the right things at the right times when busy

    - Have amazing customer service, people skills and attention to detail

    - Understands the importance of sequence of service, consistency and ambiance in a restaurant setting

    - Be Hard Working, Dynamic and have Respect

    The role is 5 days a week and can be either casual or full time

    Full Availability to work most Friday and Saturday evenings. The restaurant closes Sunday and Monday so a Tuesday to Saturday roster is the most likely scenario. A mix of mid shifts and nights depending on functions and restaurant bookings is essential to this role.

    Working closely with the Group Functions and Event Manager and the Hotel Operations Manager and reporting directly to the General Manager, this is an opportunity to have a big influence on the restaurant.
